The Garmin Xero C1 Pro Chronograph

For any long-distance shooter, whether it’s for PRS, hunting, or trying to get the most out of your ammo, you’ve probably used some kind of chronograph. Typically bulky, unwieldy, or finicky, trying to use a chronograph can seem like more trouble than it’s worth. There have been some advances in the realm of chronography, but what we gained in convenience, we lost in accessibility. Thankfully, we never stop innovating when it comes to what’s important.

Enter the Garmin Xero® C1 Pro chronograph. We can’t stress enough how easy to use, portable, and accurate this little wonder can be.

Couple it with a rechargeable lithium battery holding a charge for up to 6 hours, an easy-to-access app to synchronize your 50 sessions of a max of 100 shots, and an easy-to-read screen, you’ll be hard pressed to not see the quality and value of the Garmin Xero.

When on location in Utah for an elk hunt, we had the opportunity to try one out first-hand. We simply pulled it out of our pocket, sat it on the bench where we were ensuring our scopes hadn’t been knocked hard enough to deviate while en route to the cabin, and fired away. The Garmin Xero was so easy to use it stunned us all. It picked up every shot, was stable on the bench with its mini tripod, and it was accurate time and again. Not having to shoot through it, or mount it was convenient. To have the ability to track each shot to ensure performance of ammo and rifle was a piece of mind we didn’t know we needed until then. When your shot at an elf of a lifetime is 300+ yards away, you must make it count. With the Garmin Xero, we have no doubt of the performance we were carrying into the field.
