One of the questions I get from time to time here on Ultimate Reloader is: “Hey, I want to add another Hornady Lock-N-Load powder measure to my press, what parts do I need?”. The answer is, you’ll need the following (assuming you’d like to load both rifle and pistol cartridges with your powder measure):
- Hornady Case Activated Powder Drop (005-050073)
- Hornady Lock-N-Load Powder Measure (005-050069)
- Hornady Pistol Rotor and Meter Assembly (005-050128)
This is not really documented anywhere (this magic combination of parts) – and you have to buy these components separately. So why not offer all of these components as a set, and offer a discount as well?
